Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@realrainwear.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8104013898 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or in case you received a defective or wrong product. To request an exchange, follow the same steps mentioned under Returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 – 14 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Customized or altered products
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch—whichever is earlier. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.
